I feel like what the Ohio State basketball team could be this year is flying a little bit under the radar. The Buckeyes retained John Mobley Jr. and Amare Bynum , are getting a talented big man back in the mix with Baylor transfer Josh Ojianwuna coming back from injury after being out all last year, and have a super-talented freshman forward in Ohio product Anthony Thompson coming into the program.
That last point is something that could make Ohio State a lot more dangerous than people give it credit for. Thompson has the height, length, and skill set to be a force on both sides of the court and should be one of the best players in the Big Ten almost immediately, and has a real shot at being an NBA draft lottery pick when he comes out.
Still, though, he's just an incoming freshman, so there's not a whole lot Buckeye Nation knows about the 6-foot, 8-inch versatile wing player. Because…
