The Florida State Seminoles are scheduling game visits with prospects in the 2028 class. One of them is in the state of Louisiana, and it's four-star linebacker Shamar Evans.
The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder has locked in 12 game visits for the fall. He will come to Tallahassee for Halloween on Oct. 31 when FSU takes on the Clemson Tigers, per Kolby Crawford of Noles247 . The other schools he'll go see are the LSU Tigers, Texas Longhorns, Florida Gators, Texas A&M Aggies, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Michigan Wolverines, Auburn Tigers, Ohio State Buckeyes, SMU Mustangs, Tennessee Volunteers, and Alabama Crimson Tide.
Evans is the No. 145 prospect nationally and the No. 9 linebacker according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He's listed as the No. 1 recruit in the state of Louisiana.
