Barcelona remain calm over Atletico Madrid complaint; stick to their plan for Julian Alvarez
FC Barcelona have no intention of changing their transfer strategy despite Atletico Madrid’s formal complaint regarding the club’s pursuit of Julian Alvarez, reports Mundo Deportivo .
The Catalan side received official notification from both FIFA and the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) after Atletico alleged that they had improperly approached the striker while he remained under contract.
Within the club, however, there is little concern that the complaint will have any meaningful consequences.
Barça believe complaint lacks evidence
Barcelona’s legal department is understood to be confident that Atletico’s case has little substance.
