It's one thing when a free agent veteran joins a team and proclaims that he can get that team over the hump to win a championship.
Paul George did this when he signed with the 76ers two years ago. Just like Tobias Harris did this in the summer of 2019.
LeBron James made the same championship proclamation on July 24 when he announced on X that he is signing with the Sixers, writing:
