Uros Medic expects the upcoming UFC welterweight title fight to end in a finish.
Medic, a rising contender in the UFC's welterweight division, believes champion Islam Makhachev will stop Ian Machado Garry when they headline UFC 330 on Aug. 15 at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia ( Paramount+ ). Medic was quick in sharing his pick while also taking a shot at the Irishman.
"I think Islam Makhachev will finish him," Medic told MMA Junkie on Tuesday. "There's gonna be a little bit more of a reign before the Dagestani guys are done and gone and forgotten. They're exceptional athletes, exceptional fighters, and hard workers, so it is going to be hard to get them out, but obviously Father Time comes for everybody.
