It was a weekend of pure transfer drama, and PSG were very much involved.
For a whole month they’ve been locked in trying to sign Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig. But they were frustrated both by the German club’s demands, and those of the players.
Over the weekend, it was suddenly announced that Real Madrid had swooped in and lined up a deal for the Ivory Coast winger. That prompted frustration from PSG fans, and the club ended up putting out a fiery statement to explain their actions.
