The Oregon Ducks are entering the 2026 season with one of the best receiving cores in the country , but the weapons at Dante Moore's disposal go beyond just the wide receiver room.
Despite losing Kenyon Sadiq in the offseason, the Ducks return the best tight end in the Big Ten in Jamari Johnson . Coming into his second season with the Ducks, Johnson has a 78.1 PFF grade, the highest among all returning Big Ten tight ends. He finished the 2025 season with a grade just higher than Illinois' Kaden Feagin (76.8) and Ohio State's Mason Williams (74.4).
Johnson operated primarily as the backup last season and still hauled in 32 receptions for 510 yards and three touchdowns. The 6-foot-5 target is very quick and elusive, despite his size, and is a safe target for Moore underneath or when a play breaks down.
