Jack Evans captained Harrogate on several occasions last season as they were relegated from the English Football League [Shutterstock] Notts County have signed Harrogate Town midfielder Jack Evans for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with the Magpies.
He scored twice in 48 appearances for Harrogate last season, having joined from FC Halifax Town in the summer of 2025.
He was named Harrogate's Player of the Season by both the club's supporters and his team-mates.
"Despite Harrogate's struggles last season, Jack was one of the outstanding midfielders in the division," Notts County director of football Richard Montague told the club website.
"In particular, we feel his capabilities out of possession - his energy, aggression and work-rate - complement the other midfield players at the club.
