The UFC 330 fight card continues to struggle with Geoff Neal vs. Chidi Njokuani now off the lineup.
Neal (16-8 MMA, 8-6 UFC) has withdrawn from his scheduled welterweight bout against Njokuani (25-12 MMA, 5-5 UFC) at the Aug. 15 event at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia ( Paramount+ ).
The reason for Neal's withdrawal has not been revealed at this time. A person with knowledge of the situation verified his removal from the card following an initial report from Marcel Dorff of Heavy .
According to a person with knowledge of the situation, matchmakers are seeking a replacement opponent to fight Njokuani at UFC 330.
The current UFC 330 lineup now includes: Islam Makhachev vs. Ian Machado Garry – for welterweight title Mackenzie Dern vs. Gillian Robertson – for strawweight title Edson Barboza vs. Esteban Ribovics Tresean Gore vs. Vicente Luque Mansur Abdul-Malik vs. Dustin Stoltzfus…
