One of the last few remaining free agents from the Carolina Panthers ' 2025 playoff team got himself a look to start the week.
As noted by Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer , offensive lineman Jake Curhan worked out for the New York Giants on Monday. The 28-year-old hog molly appeared in 13 games for the Panthers last season.
Carolina brought Curhan in off the Arizona Cardinals ' practice squad on Oct. 1, 2025. He'd go on to make one start over those 13 outings, as he slotted in at right guard in the Panthers' Week 13 win over the Los Angeles Rams .
Prior to his stops in Arizona and Carolina, the 6-foot-6, 316-pounder picked up stints with the Seattle Seahawks (2021 to 2023) and the Chicago Bears (2024).
Curhan is one of two Panthers free agents left on the open market this offseason, with inside linebacker Krys Barnes also unsigned into the start of training camp.
