BEREA ― The best part about Day 1 ending is that it means there's a Day 2 awaiting around the corner. For both Browns quarterbacks in the hunt for the starting job, Day 2 meant a chance to shake off the lingering effects of a tough first full-squad practice of training camp.
It didn't hurt that, for those observing, the famous father of one of the quarterbacks just happened to show up and steal the show. It's like the "Prime Time" spotlight decended on Berea in the middle of a Thursday afternoon.
Deion Sanders made his first trip to Browns training camp since his son Shedeur has been on the team. He visited with coach Todd Monken and general manager Andrew Berry before practice, then watched from the top row of the bleachers during practice before providing some post-practice pointers to his son as well as wide receivers Denzel Boston and Tylan Wallace.
