The Zamfara State Executive Council has approved contracts worth ₦3.306 billion for the rehabilitation and remodelling of the take-off structures of the College of Nursing Sciences, Zurmi.
The approval followed the presentation of a memorandum by the Commissioner for Health.
Commissioner for Information and Culture, Mahmud Muhammad Dantawasa, said the project is aimed at providing modern teaching, learning and administrative facilities to enable the institution commence full academic activities.
The project was divided into two lots, with Lot One awarded to MG Nigeria Limited at ₦1.822 billion and Lot Two awarded to Royal Stone Global Investment Nigeria Limited at ₦1.485 billion.
