As the Phillies approach the MLB trade deadline on Aug. 3, Bryce Harper, for one, is preparing himself for anything.
That could possibly include a move back to the outfield. At least, that's how Harper is looking at it. He told The Athletic that he brought his outfielder's glove with him on the Phillies' road trip to Miami and then Baltimore, just in case the Phillies trade for a right-handed hitting first baseman.
The Phillies finish the road trip on Aug. 2 in Baltimore, one day before the deadline.

At this point, everything is on the table for the Phillies (57-52), who lost 5 of 6 after their 8-6 loss to the Marlins on July 29.
