A flurry of questions followed the news of former Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo's arrest earlier this month on suspicion of operating while intoxicated (OWI). TMZ has obtained and released body cam footage just days after the incident in this home state, showing what transpired as Romo was pulled over while traveling southbound on Interstate 43 in Milwaukee.
The video provides a detailed look at the interaction between Romo and law enforcement during the traffic stop that ultimately led to his detainment and subsequent arrest.
According to reports, Romo was pulled over after deputies observed what was described as unsafe behavior, including an improper pass during heavy traffic. The footage shows the CBS broadcaster calmly speaking with the officer, explaining that he was coming from a golf tournament.
