LeBron James LeBron James is headed to the Philadelphia 76ers in a blockbuster move that will see him link up with Jaylen Brown, Tyrese Maxey, and Joel Embiid.
The 41-year-old was a free agent after leaving the Los Angeles Lakers at the end of last season, and has opted in favor of a move to Philly instead of a possible return to the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Announcing his move to Philadelphia, James said he was ready to step away from the NBA but was inspired by the prospect of leading the 76ers to the championship. He will sign a one-year, $8 million contract with the 76ers.
