One training camp practice is in the books for the Pittsburgh Steelers and there's already plenty to talk about. New head coach Mike McCarthy has revamped the team and the system in hopes of turning this franchise into a winner again. Here are four big takeaways from the first practice.
Fast paced action For players who have been on the team for many years, the faster pacing of McCarthy's practices over those of Mike Tomlin will be a significant adjustment. But if you want to play fast, you have to practice fast. McCarthy even removed the benches from the practice field to keep guys up and moving when they aren't on the field.
