The Cincinnati Bengals placed defensive tackle B.J. Hill on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list prior to the start of training camp practice on July 29.
This specific roster designation means Hill won’t practice or play due to an injury suffered before the start of training camp.

Until Hill is cleared by the Bengals’ medical staff, he won’t participate in practice. He is allowed to participate in meetings and use Cincinnati’s training facilities until he’s able to practice again.
Hill, 31, is entering his fifth season with the Bengals. Cincinnati traded for Hill ahead of the 2021 season. In 81 games (67 starts) with the Bengals, Hill has recorded 291 tackles and 20 sacks. He was a team captain for the Bengals during the 2025 season.
