Ibrahim Ati Allah and Lukas Schleimer scored for the hosts who were celebrating their 100th year as a club, with Tom Bischof converting a penalty for Bayern's temporary equalizer.
Bayern's squad featured many youngsters as well as Sacha Boey and João Palhinha, who have returned from loan spells and are expected to be sold.
