Ancelotti returns to Brazil and meets the coaching staff Carlo Ancelotti arrived in Rio de Janeiro this Tuesday (28), resuming in-person activities with the Brazilian National Team’s coaching staff. He met with the National Teams Department at CBF headquarters to map out plans for the team’s upcoming commitments.
The coach has the task of building the squad that will begin the road to the 2030 World Cup. The first challenge will come as early as September, during the so-called Super FIFA window, with three international friendlies. There will be another FIFA window in November 2026.
The first matches in official competitions will be in the South American qualifiers for the 2030 World Cup, which will begin in the second half of 2027.
