Alejandro Kirk's bat just narrowly missed a camera on Monday night in Washington. Vaughn Ridley via Getty Images Alejandro Kirk completely lost his grip on Monday night and managed to shatter a glass window inside of Nationals Park.
The Toronto Blue Jays catcher, in the fifth inning of their 3-2 win over Washington, missed on a swing and sent his bat flying behind him after letting it go accidentally. The bat went straight into the camera well in the Toronto dugout behind him and smashed a window.
