Mack Hollins is open to playing tight end for the New England Patriots during the 2026 NFL season.

Yes, Hollins has always been a wide receiver in the NFL.

But think about it:

The Patriots probably have seven WRs for six depth chart spots. The Patriots are thin at tight end. Hollins said over the weekend that he'd be happy to be "a hybrid tight end" in the Patriots offense.

The Pats have Hunter Henry, but free agent signee Julian Hill got hurt, and Eli Raridon is a third-round rookie.
