The New York Mets have begun what is probably a tear-down ahead of the 2026 MLB trade deadline, and the Minnesota Twins got help where they needed it the most.
The Twins got veteran left-handed reliever A.J. Minter, with the former Brave pitching extremely well -- he's got a 2.35 ERA this season in 23 games to go with 20 strikeouts -- and the Mets grabbed a couple of prospects, one of whom fans will have an emotional attachment to.
