The 2026 WNBA All-Star Game held at the United Center in Chicago on Saturday, July 25 set an attendance record for the league’s event, drawing 19,783 fans to see Team Spoon defeat Team Coop behind Jonquel Jones’ near-triple-double effort .
Fans might be wondering: Where is the 2027 WNBA All-Star Game?
Perhaps the folks in WNBA leadership know, but the league’s players and the wider public do not. Not even Nneka Ogwumike, the president of the WNBA Players Association.
“I don't know what the process is. We find out with you guys,” Ogwumike said while speaking with reporters after the game. “So, that's something that can change maybe. I think also, when we see the growth of these teams, we see the valuation of these teams, maybe we can make bidding a little bit more competitive for All-Star.”
This year marked the second time in five seasons that Chicago has hosted the All-Star Game.…
