England international, Marcus Rashford, has bid farewell to Barcelona as he prepares to rejuvenate his career at Manchester United.
The 28-year-old seemed destined to depart from Old Trafford after being considered surplus to requirements by Ruben Amorim.
Last January, Rashford was loaned to Aston Villa for a six-month period, subsequently securing a coveted transfer to Barcelona the following summer.
However, the Spanish champions opted not to exercise their option to permanently sign the England international earlier this summer, despite Rashford having a successful season.
With Anthony Gordon's acquisition for £70 million, a return to Camp Nou became unlikely, especially with the recent signing of Karim Adeyemi earlier this week. Consequently, Rashford appears set to commence pre-season back at his childhood club.
