The puzzle is slowly starting to come together.
The PGA Tour announced Wednesday that The Sentry, which moved its sponsorship to the event at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California, starting in 2027, will be a PGA Tour Championship Series event beginning in 2028, joining the Travelers Championship and the Sompo Championship as events confirmed to be on the Tour's new elevated series, which is slated to begin in 2028.
