Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2029 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to offensive tackle Jax Wilkerson.
“Blessed to receive an offer from Vol football,” Wilkerson announced .
The 6-foot-7, 295-pound prospect is from Carl Albert High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He has not earned any recruiting rankings on 247Sports or Rivals.
Oklahoma State was the first school to offer Wilkerson a scholarship on June 10, 2025. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Tulsa, Kansas State, Texas Tech, TCU, Ole Miss, Utah, Missouri, Iowa State, SMU, Arizona State, Notre Dame , Ohio State and Oklahoma .
Tennessee does not have a commitment in its 2028 recruiting class.
