ESPN’s Adam Schefter was one of many reporters who let us know what he was hearing in regard to where LeBron James would end up in free agency.
Before James signed with the Philadelphia 76ers over the weekend, Schefter told 97.5 The Fanatic that he was hearing LeBron could end up with the Miami Heat.
“My guess would be where there’s smoke there’s fire,” he said . “I got a text, literally, I could go back to the date. I think it was June 30th, and said ‘Just be ready for LeBron to go to Miami.'”
“That was the text I got way back when, first day. And we’ll see if it holds up and it turns out to be true,” Schefter added.
