New York Giants left tackle Andrew Thomas is aiming to return to his Pro Bowl form in 2026. The 2020 first-round pick is coming off a three-year stretch that saw injuries cripple both him and the Giants. Thomas played in just 29 of 51 possible games over that span.
But when Thomas is healthy, he is among the best in the league at his position. This offseason, Thomas is taking things slowly. His participation in OTAs and minicamp was managed so that he is fully ready for training camp this week. He is not focusing on what was, but what can be.
"It's a new year. All I can do is control what I can control," Thomas said in the spring. "That's trying to be the best player and best leader I can be. If I want this place to reach the goals that we have set, I got to be part of that, so that's what I'm trying to do."
