The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Sunday announced the composition of its National Campaign Council and sub-committees for the Osun State Governorship Election.
The election is scheduled for Saturday, August 15, 2026.
A statement by APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, quoted a notice by the National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, as saying that the Campaign Council will be chaired by Senator Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State and Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum.
The Council also has Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State; Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, President of the Senate; and Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, Speaker of the House of Representatives, as Co-Chairmen. Hon.
