NFL analyst and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo refused an intoxication test after he was arrested July 23 in Milwaukee, according to court records.
Romo, 46, was booked on a charge of operating while intoxicated, first offense after performing poorly on standardized field sobriety tests.

The California Post reported July 27 that Romo was cited for refusing the test after he was pulled over on a Wisconsin interstate shortly after he completed a round at the Wisconsin Amateur Championship golf tournament.
A spokesperson for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office told The Post that because of the allegations against Romo, the case is “a traffic violation and not a criminal charge in Wisconsin.”
