Manchester City will rival Real Madrid for €100m forward Real Madrid are pushing hard to close their fifth signing of the summer, although they won’t have things all their own way. The intention is to bring in Yan Diomande to complete their attacking options, although there is no guarantee that they will be the club that lands the Ivorian winger, who has some of the best sides in the world chasing his signature.
Prior to Real Madrid joining the race, both Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain had moved for Diomande, although neither have managed to strike an agreement with RB Leipzig until now. Los Blancos have since taken the lead in the race for the 19-year-old, although they could be about to be kept in check by Manchester City.
