Lucas Glover is not a fan of the Aimpoint putting technique. In the past, he has complained about how it slows down play and also causes too many footsteps near the hole during the Lucas Glover Show, which formerly aired on Sirius/XM.
But Glover, 45, became fed up with it on Sunday during the final round of the PGA Tour's 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota, and he wasn't going to take it anymore.
Glover, a six-time Tour winner, including at the 2009 U.S. Open at Bethpage Black, was paired in the final round with Max Greyserman. On the 10th hole, Glover rolled in a 10-foot birdie putt to improve to 6-under par for the tournament.
