Lecce warning Banda ‘will face consequences of his behaviour’ after going AWOL Lecce warned they still ‘haven’t heard from Lameck Banda for several days’ and warned that when he does finally turn up, ‘he will pay the consequences of his behaviour.’
The Zambia international is under contract until June 2027, as the club took up an option to extend for one more year.
He was meant to be at pre-season training earlier this month, then a statement was released noting that he had red tape issues returning to Italy.
There had been reports he had left Zambia, but it seems as if he has now stopped answering calls.
