The Air Cargo Terminal at the Aminu Kano International Airport has reached final stages of construction with 95 percent of the project completed and might be commissioned soon. This was revealed to newsmen in Kano recently when the Nigeria Shippers' Council Airfreight Stakeholders Forum(AAF), Malam Aminu Kano International Airport, along with the Regional General Manager of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Musa Okiriri toured the facility. Addressing journalists on behalf of the Regional General Manager, the Head of Operations, at the airport, Faruk Isa Fage, confirmed that with everything in place in the facility, the export community in and around Kano should prepare to commence serious business. “It is not yet commissioned, but the building has been completed, almost everything is there 95 percent completed …
