Juventus turn to PSG goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier as Parisians line up Zion Suzuki as a replacement
Juventus have added Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier to their shortlist as they step up their search for a new No.1, according to Foot Mercato .
The Serie A giants are exploring alternative options after finding it difficult to complete moves for Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martinez and Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario .
Chevalier has now emerged as a serious candidate for the Bianconeri.
The 24-year-old only joined PSG from Lille in a €50 million deal last summer but endured a difficult debut campaign in the French capital.
Even though he started the season as Luis Enrique’s first-choice goalkeeper, a series of mistakes and inconsistent performances saw him lose his place to Matvey Safonov.
