Cam Skattebo | Getty Images WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — The Cam Skattebo failed backflip boondoogle is the New York Giants’ story that just won’t die.
On Thursday, New York Giants coach John Harbaugh was asked if he had discussed the backflip with the energetic second-year running back. Harbaugh said “that might have been talked about” in the course of five or six recent conversations he has had with Skattebo.
Harbaugh had previously reacted to the incident at the Fanatics Fest by jokingly saying “ Dude, at least stick it .”
It was clear on Thursday, though, that the veteran head coach really did not see the humor in Skattebo’s flop.
