đ¨ It's over: Guido Pizarro has resigned at Tigres Guido Pizarro has decided to step down from his position as head coach of Club Tigres for personal reasons, as confirmed by the Monterrey-based institution through an official statement addressed to its fans.
Interim coaching staff in charge To face the first teamâs upcoming commitments in Liga MX and the Leagues Cup, the clubâs management appointed HernĂĄn Elizondo, current coach of the Under-21 side, as interim head coach. He will be joined by Carlos Turrubiates, manager of the Under-19 team, who will take on the role of assistant coach.
Thanks and search for a new manager The club thanked Pizarro for the dedication and time he gave while leading the professional squad. Likewise, the clubâs leadership reported that it will later announce the final coaching staff who will take responsibility for guiding the team this season.
