Agana, https://www.newsghana.com.gh/ghanas-24-hour-economy-draws-billions-in-pledges/ The 24-Hour Economy Authority has mobilized more than US$11.5 billion in prospective investment across 18 projects since the law establishing it took effect in February 2026, though only US$5.5 billion of that has been secured through signed Joint Development Agreements, according to the mid-year fiscal review presented to Parliament Thursday.
The gap between pledged and secured investment is the detail likely to draw the most scrutiny, since roughly half the headline figure government cites has not yet converted into binding commitments.
