Free agent striker willing to lower salary demands to secure a transfer to Barcelona
Barcelona have been searching for a new number nine to fill the boots left behind by Robert Lewandowski when the Pole left the club at the end of last season.
Although the priority for the Catalan club has been to sign Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez, that deal does not seem realistic at the moment.
The club tested the waters with the possibility of signing Eli Junior Kroupi from Bournemouth, but that quickly fizzled out too .
Thus, Barça may be forced to look at other alternatives, with free agent Dusan Vlahovic emerging as a potential option.
The 26-year-old has offered himself to Barcelona previously but the club hasn’t acted upon the situation yet. He is currently a free agent after the expiry of his Juventus contract.
