Wife of the President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has canvassed for sustained diaspora support for the nation's healthcare system.
Speaking at the weekend in Abuja while being honoured with Diaspora Health and Humanity Champion Award, Mrs Tinubu
charged diaspora healthcare professionals to continue investing their expertise, knowledge, and mentorship in Nigeria’s health sector, especially in the training of the next generation of medical professionals.
The First Lady, who was represented at the ceremony by the wife of the Vice President, Hajiya Nana Shettima, stressed that the administration of President Bola Tinubu remains committed to building a resilient and efficient healthcare system recognizing that quality healthcare is fundamental to national development.
