World Peoples Assembly is organising the first-ever World Public Summit in Africa to bring together hundreds of delegates from across the continent and beyond.
The conference to be held in Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital, is slated for July 29–30, 2026 to highlight the growing role of business travel in connecting people, ideas and investment across the continent.
The body said that international conferences have become increasingly important drivers of tourism and economic growth in the world, disclosing that the summit will welcome government leaders, diplomats, entrepreneurs, academics, investors, innovators, media professionals and artists, creating opportunities that extend far beyond the conference venue.
The theme of the conference is, “A New World: Africa in Shaping a Shared Future,” and the event is expected to reflect a broader trend reshaping global…
