With the fifth-oldest roster in the NFL, the Denver Broncos are certainly in win-now mode.
The Broncos are approaching the 2026 season with an average player age of 26.40, which ranks 28th out of 32 NFL teams, according to Ian Hartitz of RotoWire .
It is perhaps no surprise, then, that Denver is listed second-to-last on Aaron Schatz's ESPN list of NFL teams ranked by under-25 talent going into the 2026 campaign. Only the Los Angeles Rams (No. 32) are ranked lower.
"[T]he Broncos are way down here in part because they didn't have a pick in 2026 until the third round," Hartitz wrote for ESPN . "(That first selection, defensive tackle Tyler Onyedim , is 23 years old.)"
Denver's most notable players under age 25 are arguably receiver/returner Marvin Mims (24) and pass rusher Jonah Elliss (23). The Broncos also have wide receivers Pat Bryant (23) and Troy Franklin (23), plus cornerbacks…
