The Detroit Lions have revealed the roster they will take into training camp, setting the stage for weeks of competition in Allen Park.
Jared Goff , Amon-Ra St. Brown, Aidan Hutchinson , Penei Sewell and Kerby Joseph headline a group built to contend immediately. The real intrigue will come near the bottom of the depth chart, where veterans, recent draft picks and undrafted rookies will battle for limited jobs on the final 53-man roster.
Lions Carry Three Quarterbacks Into Camp Goff enters camp firmly established as Detroit’s starter, while Teddy Bridgewater returns as the experienced backup.
Rookie Luke Altmyer rounds out the quarterback room. The former Illinois standout will get an opportunity to develop behind two quarterbacks with extensive NFL experience.
