The annual WWE show will kick off this weekend, with Night 1 taking place on Saturday, August 1.
The main event of Saturday’s show sees Punk and Rhodes competing for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
Going into the match, neither wrestler has been booked as a heel, even if some fans have grown tired of Cody.
But that would not have been the case had CM Punk got his way, it seems.
