Chelsea reject third Como bid for Trevoh Chalobah Chelsea have rejected a third bid from Como for defender Trevoh Chalobah, with the Blues refusing to lower their £35 million asking price for the academy graduate.
According to talkSPORT , the Serie A side remain keen to sign the 27-year-old after making him one of their priority targets this summer. However, Chelsea have stood firm in negotiations and continue to value Chalobah at £30 million plus £5 million in add-ons, despite ongoing discussions between the two clubs.
Como, managed by former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, first saw an offer worth more than £22 million turned down in June. They have since returned with two improved bids, but neither has been enough to persuade Chelsea to sanction a sale.
