One of the NFL’s strangest sagas has added another chapter in what has become a messy divorce. San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has made several questionable social media posts this summer, but his latest may be the most controversial yet.
49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan was recently involved in a serious car accident that could limit his ability to coach the team. That didn’t stop Aiyuk from taking a jab at his former coach.
Aiyuk took to Instagram and posted a message that many viewed as distasteful.

“You can’t win the race if you crash out,” Aiyuk wrote on his personal Instagram Story.
