SPRINGFIELD–Between Max Knight and Curry Sutherland returning to the roster, along with 11 talented additions coming via the transfer portal, Missouri State has garnered significant praise and expectations from the national media.
MO State has recently been touted by Baseball America to be among the last eight teams vying for the College World Series, next spring. If that prediction holds true, it would be the first trip to Omaha for MSU since their maiden trip in 2003.
Earlier this week, D-1 Baseball recognized Missouri State as having the 16th-best transfer class in the nation, and, best transfer class of any non-Power 4 program.
