The Bauchi State Police Command has arrested four suspects in connection with two separate cases of alleged culpable homicide recorded in Bauchi metropolis and Dandango community. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend other fleeing suspects.
The Command disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Nafiu Habib, saying the cases have been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further investigation and prosecution.
According to him, the first incident occurred on July 25, 2026, at Unguwan Kur in Bauchi metropolis.
