The 2026 Little League Softball World Series opens Sunday, Aug. 2, with four games of bracket play to begin the road to determine who will be crowned champion on Aug. 9.
The tournament features 12 regional championship teams split evenly into two double-elimination brackets: the purple bracket and the orange bracket .
Starting at 10 a.m. ET on Sunday, Northwest Region champion Snohomish, Washington will play Southeast Region champ Lake Mary, Florida . Games follow between Toms River, New Jersey (Mid-Atlantic) and Kinki Softball Little League (Japan, Asia-Pacific Region) at 1 p.m.; Live Oak (California) Little League (West) and Daviess County (Kentucky) Little League (Central) at 4 p.m.; and OnField Little League (Repentigny, Quebec, Canada) and Johnston County Little League (Clayton, North Carolina) of the North Carolina Region at 7 p.m.
